Along the Salento coastline, 10 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, at 'Posto Vecchio-Pescoluse' in the municipality of Salve (LE), TEN METRES from a beautiful beach with a crystal-clear sea on the Ionian coast, lies the 'RESIDENZA "LE DUNE"'. The independent residential units consist of three-room apartments, developed on a single level on the ground or first floor, modernly furnished and air-conditioned. The residence is completely fenced off and each flat has its own parking space in front.

Structure type: the apartments are developed on a single level, on the ground floor (without architectural barriers) or on the first floor. The former feature a terrace with external shower and entrance, kitchen with living area (with complete cookware and dishes), bedroom with balcony, second bedroom with balcony and bathroom. The latter feature an external shower, entrance with sea-view terrace, kitchen with living area, two bedrooms with sea-view balcony, bathroom. The villas are structured on two floors: ground floor with living room/kitchenette, small bedroom with two single beds and bathroom, spacious portico for relaxing/dining/dining outdoors. First floor with air-conditioned double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower.

Surroundings (Salve)

A short distance from Residenza Le Dune you'll find a variety of amenities including DINING OPTIONS (restaurants, trattorias, local specialities, artisanal ice cream parlours), ENTERTAINMENT (equipped and free beaches and lidos, pubs and disco pubs, sports facilities, diving centre), SHOPS AND SERVICES (clothing, groceries, transport, handicrafts, boat and car rentals, and more). The area hosts wonderful village festivals throughout the year, such as the travelling Taranta or Pizzica performances, which visit many towns in the region, culminating in a major event at Melpignano at the end of August.

Pescoluse marina is located in southern Salento, along the Ionian coastline between Torre Pali and Torre Vado, at the height of the Fano channel. The Pescoluse shoreline is low and sandy, marked by dunes running inland. Several karst caves can be found not far from the coast. Pescoluse is also significant from an archaeological perspective, with a dolmen and a 2500 BC tomb present in the area.
