The restaurant at Farm-house Villa Gaia

The restaurant has 70 seats arranged in two adjacent rooms. The cuisine is typical of the territory, meats and fish are cooked according to traditional recipes. Must-try dishes include spaghetti alla bottarga, Fregola with clams or with shellfish, mullet from Cabras lagoon roasted or boiled à Merca, roasted eels or eels with cheese, roasted suckling pig, lamb with artichokes, roasted cuttlefish or cuttlefish cooked in sauce to dress pasta, spaghetti with sea urchin, Sardinian pastries with almonds or Seadas and many other typical dishes.
