The farm-holiday “Su Bistentu” is a welcome structure immerse in the country-side of Sardinia. It is situated in loc. “Girillu Spinosu”, 1 km from Iglesias, ancient medieval city with more than 900 years of history. The cuisine that we offer is the typical Sardinian one. It varies from “Ravioli” to the traditional “malloreddus” and tens of others typical dishes, all rigorously home-made. If you want, you can take part to their preparation, making, thus, your holiday in “Su Bistentu” not only funny but also educational.
The farmhouse Su Bistentu consists in 8 double bedrooms with 16 bedding accommodations. Rooms are airconditioned and have a large private bathroom. The dining room is very large and was built to host important banquets. Breakfast is available even to those who need to sleep a bit longer during the morning hours.

The farm-holiday “su bistentu” offers the possibility to know and take part to the zootechnic activities of the business, to watch the production of cheeses and ricotta and to taste their genuineness during their production and at table. The farm-holiday “Su Bistentu”, thanks to its throw ground, offers the possibility to try the emotion of gripping and using the lethal medieval alabasts, collaborating with the alabasters of Iglesias (S. Chiara group). It is also possible to try archery.
