The FARM HOLIDAYS " SA TANCA" is to approximately 600 meters from the Mining center of Montevecchio (mt 340 slm) on the Prov.le Road for the Green Coast (Common of Arbus). The territory of the company, for good part dipped in forests of leccio and cork, is found to the inside of an Oasis of Faunistica Protection, where the possibility does not lack being able to sight the Sardinian Red deer, wild Wild boars and other species The products coming from the Farm of the Agriturismo Sa Tanca are prepared, cooked and served according to the ancient traditional recipes of the Sardinian typical cuisine: typical kitchen: Farcite verdure, appetizers salumi and sottolio. First fresh paste plates (cruguxionis of annealed and malloredus to the campidanese). Second plates of meat (maialetto roast to the spit and spezzatino of sheep or lamb). Contours of verdura and cheeses. Fresh fruit of season. Sardinian typical cakies (sebadas). Red wine and white man of local production. Liqueur of Mirto and Limoncello.All accompanied from a service flavored with much gentility and professionality.
