The products coming from the Farm of the Agritourism Sa Tanca are prepared, cooked and served according to the ancient traditional recipes of typical Sardinian cuisine:
Appetizers of cured meats, stuffed vegetables and preserved vegetables in oil. First courses of fresh pasta (cruguxionis with ricotta and malloredus alla campidanese).

Second courses of meat (roasted suckling pig on the spit and lamb or sheep stew). Side dishes of vegetables and cheeses. Fresh seasonal fruit.

Typical Sardinian sweets (seadas). Red and white wine of local production. Myrtle liqueur and Limoncello.

All of this accompanied by a service seasoned with great kindness and professionalism.
