The restaurant at Farm-house Rocce Bianche

The central body of Agriturismo Rocce Bianche is represented by the restaurant, built in Sardinian style and with particular attention to "details" that make the room beautiful both outside (with the stone patio) and inside, with wooden ceiling and furniture, stone shelves, 2 imposing stone load-bearing columns and a huge fireplace built with rocks! Kitchen The kitchen is our pride and joy! The food we serve is genuine, abundant and cooked according to typical Sardinian recipes. You will rediscover the pleasure of savoring true flavors, those of products made by hand with genuine ingredients: vegetables from our garden preserved in oil; first courses, such as ricotta or potato ravioli, second courses, such as roasted suckling pig, wild boar, lamb or sheep a succhittu, and vegetables from our garden and homemade Sardinian desserts and, I'm sorry to admit it, but we don't produce coffee ourselves!! To finish on a high note, a digestif of your choice from myrtle, white myrtle, limoncello, mandarin, cardoncello, arbutus, lemon cream or filu ferru (3 digestifs are offered each evening depending on availability), all homemade! As you will have understood, the meal includes everything: an abundant appetizer, a first course, one or two second courses, side dishes, fruit, dessert, coffee, myrtle (with beverages included). Our breakfast After a night characterized by deep and restful sleep due to the total silence and cool evening air, a wonderful buffet breakfast awaits you! Milk, coffee, tea, accompanied by the most delicious freshly made cakes, bread of different types depending on the day (always made by us), jams made by us, many cookies, also made by us, cornflakes, yogurt, butter, fruit juices, fresh seasonal fruit, and for lovers of salty breakfast we also offer cheese, salami, cooked ham and hard-boiled eggs!
