Monte Majore takes its name from the mountain that overlooks the Cixerri river valley, between Siliqua and Villamassargia, in south-western Sardegna. From here, Iglesias, Carbonia and Cagliari are just a few minutes' drive away. Four rooms, each with its own entrance, veranda and independent bathroom, overlook the loggia and garden. At night, the sky is filled with stars.

There is a swimming pool in the garden, open during summer. Those who wish to explore will find trekking and mountain-bike trails that start directly from the agritourism. In the evening, when the mood strikes, the barbecue is lit and everyone gathers outside to chat.

It is Alessandro who manages everything, living here with his family. He takes care of the guests, the rooms, the garden: both the house and its hospitality bear his name as much as that of the mountain.
