At Santa Lucia, you eat what is grown on the farm and in nearby fields, following the rhythm of the seasons. The simple and well-kept dining room overlooks the countryside; on summer evenings, dinner is also served outdoors, with the air scented by Mediterranean maquis. The cuisine is the typical one of Sulcis, homemade: house antipasti with cured meats and vegetables from the garden, warm bread, fresh pasta like malloreddus and culurgiones hand-rolled, meat from own farms cooked slowly, seasonal side dishes, local cheeses and traditional desserts such as seadas with honey. House wine accompanies the meal, along with oil, citrus fruits and preserves produced on the farm. The menu changes frequently based on the harvest and availability of ingredients; vegetarian options and children's menus are available upon request. For groups, special occasions or themed dinners, a tasting menu is available that tells the story of the farm, from vineyard to table.
