This farmhouse dates back to 1821 and stands among lentil fields and ancient grain crops in the countryside of Ragusa. The agricultural estate surrounding it produces the Ars Terrae line. Dry stone walls, centuries-old olive trees, and a portico with arches that once served as a cattle stable: today that space welcomes guests as a common area. Within the walls of the baglio remain the staccie, stone rings where work mules were tied—animals requisitioned during World War II for the front lines. There is also a votive shrine dedicated to the Guardian Angel. The rooms are carved out from the restored historic agricultural property; the external garden welcomes weddings and events.
