Facilities Our guests can enjoy private bathrooms in each flat, heated rooms, kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, free return, reserved areas for smokers, parking, parking space and charging station for electric cars. In addition, there is a lovely manicured green area and a swimming pool area to cool off and have pleasant moments of relaxation. The rooms The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with internet connection, a two-seater sofa bed for children (available on request), TV, luggage rack and room mirror. We can accommodate up to 28 travellers in seven spacious two-room apartments, all of which are similar and furnished in a simple, cosy style. Cleaning is done once a week and towels changed every three days. Notes Four-legged friends are welcome, but an extra charge of €10 must be paid for final cleaning. The property is wheelchair accessible and the owners speak both Italian and English
We welcome you to our lovely flats! Each apartment provides everything necessary to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guests will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom for their exclusive use, a kitchen and living area, equipped with a kitchenette and television, and a sofa bed that sleeps two more. There is air conditioning, both hot and cold. In addition, each flat offers a private patio with a wooden pergola, creating a comfortable environment for relaxing and sheltering during the hottest hours of the day. N. B. Instead of the standard cleaning once a week and the change of towels every three days, different arrangements can be made by prior agreement with the manager.
