The farmhouse Pantanelli di Vendicari is located in one of the most important protected area of Sicily "Vendicari ", close by the city of Noto which is the capital of the Sicilian baroque. It is very close to uncontaminated beaches, clear sea and to the little lakes of the oasis in which it is possible to see different species of birds of rare beauty which choose this place to stop ant to reproduce. The area is surrounded by the maquis, typical of the Mediterranean zones. Not far from the farmhouse, there is the fishermen village of Marzamemi with its beautiful square which has become a place where people can meet during summer evenings. The 18 rooms once were the place where the farmers stored their tools and the hay. Nowadays, they are the expression of the contemporary design which looks to the past. Rooms have TV, air condition, fridge, bathroom with shower, hairdryer. The typical Sicilian food is served in the restaurant. Many of the ingredients are grown in the farmhouse.
