I am Nanni, I am 37 years old, I have a law degree well put away and I started this agri-adventure in 2013 thanks to the support of my family and the European Community for regional development. I had the opportunity to take back the old and much loved family villa, transform it into an Agriturismo and completely change my life plans. I like to travel, eat healthy food and drink good wine, listen to nature and interact with animals. I am a curious person and this activity allows me to reconcile work and passions as well as being able to relate and share with my guests, The human growth even before the professional one, resulting from the cultural exchange is what I like most about this job.

Description Villa Flavia

In Val di Noto, a stone's throw from the sea, in a hilly position surrounded by carob trees and centuries-old olive trees, this ancient masseria, a Spanish estate from 1700, enjoys a pleasant climate and has been restored and transformed into a comfortable accommodation facility, while preserving the original architecture.

Walking through the estate you can smell the orange blossom and wild thyme, and glimpse the Iblean coast that from Pozzallo reaches the Isola delle Correnti.
The Villa is accessed from a long shared entrance, with a patio and garden equipped with a swimming pool, barbecue area, children's playground and many corners dedicated to relaxation.
The ancient residence on the upper floor is composed of 3 family suites, each with a terrace, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen on the floor.
On the patio, on the ground floor there are two independent apartments with a kitchen and private terrace.

Among the services offered: breakfast, swimming pool with solarium, garden, children's games, free parking, sale of typical products and visit to the farm, bicycles, soccer field, mini soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball and badminton.

The farm is located a few kilometers from the sea. Furthermore, the Vallo di Noto is dotted with late Baroque cities, which have become part of UNESCO for the beauty of the monuments that characterize them.
