The Holiday House Santa Caterina is located in a scenic area in the center of the enchanting territory of the Crete Senesi, unique in the world for its beauty. The structure is composed by 10 apartments, all cozy, comfortable and equipped with wifi. To make it even more unique, it offers to all guests two internal parking areas, large green areas, a barbecue area and a panoramic swimming pool with solarium and whirlpool. For children, two super-equipped playgrounds to have fun without danger. Welcome also your four-legged friends that can take a refreshing bath in the our pond with small goldfish. The strategic position of Santa Caterina allows you to reach in a few minutes the cultural city of Siena, Rapolano Terme with its thermal establishments, countries famous all over the world for the landscape and their medieval villages and traditions such as Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, area Chianti, Val di Merse, San Gimignano and Volterra. What's more, for motor enthusiasts, just 12km away from us is the international Kart circuit.
The farmhouse, dating back to 1900 but recently renovated, is subdivided into 11 apartments, each is furnished in a simple country has independent heating*, air-conditioning*, a spacious and sunny kitchen-living area (equipped with refrigerator/freezer, small meal-warmer, teapot, Italian coffee pot, and kitchen linens). The spacious bedrooms are furnished either with a king-sized bed or two twin beds which can be united. All of the beds boast orthopedic springs and mattresses for your complete comfort. Bathrooms have box showers and hair-dryers. Some of the apartments on the first floor have a balcony with view equipped with a table and chairs. Guests in the other apartments are welcome to enjoy the garden, which is also equipped with tables and chairs. The apartments on the ground floor have a convenient independent entrance with a private outdoor area for relaxing furnished with chairs, a table, and an umbrella.

The holiday house boasts lovely green grounds covering an area of two hectares, including a private parking lot, barbecue area, and small lake. The pool (8 x 12 metri) has a built in whirlpool area and plenty of room with lounge chairs for sun-bathing and children's playground.. Upon request we can give you: 1 large towel per person for the swimming pool at euros 5 per day per person. The linens are changed weekly but for a small additional charge, more frequent changes may be arranged upon request*. Pets are allowed: We require an extra fee for each dog or cat. Air conditioning * (upon request):10/15 euros a day for apartments. Heating * from 1/10 to 30/04: cost per cubic meter of propane (gpl) gas consumed =4,00 euro.
