Oltre alla struttura, vedi giudizio, l'ubicazione a due passi dal mare, dall'Argentario,in mezzo alla campagna, viti e olivi...vicino all'Aurelia..che dire di più, un complimento particolare ai proprietari Nicola e Moira per la gentilezza e disponibilità.
