3 km from the medieval town of Capalbio, and 7 km from the beaches of the Costa d’Argento, the farm is an excellent point of departure for discovering the tastes and hidden treasures of Maremma. A hectare of lush green garden set in vineyards and olive groves stretch out below the accommodation. The guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool, wellness centre and sauna, as well as large indoor and outdoor communal spaces. The farm produces Brumenica extra-virgin olive oil.
The Casale features 11 rooms and 4 apartments, in Tuscan style named after 7 wine varieties. All accommodations are spacious and well-furnished, each distinguished by its own unique décor and carefully chosen details. On the first floor, accessed from the main hall of the property via a wide steel and wood staircase, there are 4 rooms, two of which offer a spacious terrace with views over the village of Capalbio. The other 4 superior rooms and 4 apartments are located in a separate casale, also close to the main building on the ground floor. On the ground floor, with independent entrance and a private equipped wooden covered patio, you will find the remaining 3 rooms of the property.
