The Severini farm and holiday farm lies on the gentle hills of the lower Maremma where you can see an enchanting panorama of the Gulf of Talamone and the Argentario promontory, as well as the green Monti dell'Uccellina with all its historic watchtowers. An ideal place for those who want to discover a simple and wild Maremma rich in flavours and millenary evidence. Specifically, we are located in Collecchio, in front of the Maremma Natural Park, between Alberese and Talamone, about 7 km from the sea, a very strategic point for the ease of reaching all the most beautiful places in Maremma. From here it is possible to go on excursions to the Maremma Natural Park, snokeling, fishing, canoeing in the Ombrone River, and horse riding. The building is newly constructed and opened in June 2011. The structure is located in the courtyard of the farm, slightly detached from the main house and consists of 4 flats All flats are elegantly furnished and equipped with a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed also have heating and air conditioning, LCD TV. In front of the flat there is a large porch equipped with tables and chairs where you can relax and read a book in the wild silence of the Maremma. Outside, our guests will have at their disposal a large private covered car park, children's playground and ample green spaces. The entire property offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Talamone and the Argentario sea.
