Barbialla Nuova is a 500 hectare organic farm, located in the centre of Tuscany. We are 30km from Pisa airport and less than 50km from Florence, Siena, Lucca and Livorno. We have seven self-catering apartments and one private house. Each house has a swimming pool, BBQs and washing machine as well as fully equipped kitchens and outdoor pergola. Barbialla Nuova is perfect fo ature lovers, we have walking paths throughout the woods and fields, as well as a lake for fishing. We have a small farm-shop with local, organic products.

Our apartments are each unique with fantastic mode bathrooms and kitchens, but keeping the rustic-style of the old farmhouses. The houses have central heating for the cooler months, and some apartments have romantic open fireplaces. The bedrooms are spacious and each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor pergola. We have a range of apartments to suit the size of your group; single bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and our independent house has four double bedrooms. We can even supply extra beds or baby cots.

Barbialla Nuova is located 15 minutes from Montaione, where there are local shops and supermarkets. We are close by other beautiful Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano and Volterra. We are one hour from Pisa, Florence and Siena - perfect for day trips to the world famous museums. Nearby, to our farm there is bike hire, golf courses, horse riding and thermal baths - many activities for a fantastic vacation.
