The building stands near Podere Godiolo, on the southern slopes of Martiena with a panoramic view of Montepulciano. The building, whose origins date back to the medieval period, was renovated in the early decades of the 19th century to create a summer residence for the Nobili Smaghi-Bellarmino family. It has now been completely restored to its former glory. The building consists of three units, with three independent entrances, two rural dwellings and the Villa. When you stay there, you will discover the pleasure of the Tuscan countryside with ideal comfort, immersed in a fairytale setting, a stone's throw from the historic centre and its monuments. SMAGHI - BELLARMINO: The flat is named after the noble family that used the Villa as a summer residence in ancient times. It is located on the first floor and has two entrances. The main entrance is reached via an external staircase and the other entrance is reached by descending a few steps to the side of the Villa. It has a double name because it is our most flexible flat, you can use the whole flat or just part of it. EMILIO: Our smallest flat is named after our vinsanto. And as Tuscan tradition dictates, vinsanto is given to friends when they visit us. The flat originally belonged to the family that served the owners of the villa, and a door led into the owners' kitchen. The new swimming pool at Agriturismo Godiolo overlooking the historic centre of Montepulciano, the city chosen as the favourite European destination for food and wine by travellers on Trip Advisor.
