In Tuscany, only 60kms away from Florence, among the mountain ridges of the Mugello and the passes descending towards Bologna and the Romagna region the FANTINO HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE stands in the neighbourhood of Palazzuolo sul Senio, along the old scenic road that connects the picturesque medieval village of Palazzuolo to Florence. Right in the green heart of Alto Mugello. The big rocks and appennine peaks that create massive outlines and scenes, the incredible landscape of woods, tiny valleys and streams are the characterists of this hidden part of Tuscany that invite travellers to experience a vacation in a renewed relation with nature and history. Situated in a wonderful panoramic setting at 600 meters of altitude, the farm holiday FANTINO is surrounded by woods and groves of age-old chestnut and oak trees. The Florentine country house dates back to 1200 and is made up of two farm-houses. Built in the honey-coloured stone of the region the complex has been carefully restored, while keeping its original lines. It has all modecomforts and services. Accomodation is offered both in rooms and apartments of different sizes, furnished in typical Tuscan style, all with bathrooms en suite and panoramic views. The apartments are mainly located close to the swimming pool which is provided with hydromassage area and shallow zone for children. One of two buildings can be hired entirely by more than one family being the apartments communicating.

The apartments are mainly located close to the swimming pool: -Acero (80sq-mts) Ground floor. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, living/dining room, private porch. -Lavanda (70sq. mts) First floor. 2 bedrooms each one with bathroom en suite, 1 with shower and the other with tub, living/dining room with kitchenette, dishwasher.
