The farmhouse Canale is surrounded by a green area (7000 sq. m) it has covered private parking, bocce court, table tennis, children play area and a very large swimming pool (20 x 8 Mt), set amongst olive, oleander and fruit trees. Each apartment has its own shaded gazebo with tables and chairs. The property comprises two units, the main farm-house with 6 apartments: 4 one double bedroom apartments (50 sq. mts) and 2 two double bedroom apartments (75 sq. mts) and the hay ba with 2 three double bedroom apartments (80 sq. mts) restored and decorated in the original peasant style. About 1.5 kilometres from our house, there is the small medieval village of Montelopio, accessible by a country road which winds in perfect harmony with the scenery, between the vineyards and olive groves, allowing you to experience the marvels of this place. Our area is very well served by countless typical restaurants; amongst these, I can make mention of one in particular (Ristorante Serravalle) which is easily accessible on foot, and where Paolo (owner and passionate cook) will make you taste typical Tuscan cuisine with his truly exclusive dishes, and will suggest to you which of the excellent, local wines to accompany your meal, all expertly produced by his own company.
