The holiday farm has been recently restored and now retains all the classic architectural aspects of old Tuscan dwellings (cotto or stone floors, oak beams, brick arches), but it was also endowed with a modetouch to add all comforts. The apartments have each their private entrance, a garden and a reserved area by the swimming pool. In the main house we have five apartments of different sizes and then there is the Cottage, which may be divided into two separate flats and, being detached and surrounded by a large garden, is ideal for groups. There is also a small playground for the children, near the pool, and a restaurant, with typical courses from the Tuscan tradition, prepared exclusively with local products and organic vegetables from our farm that you may taste in the outdoor panoramic loggia. THE OUTSIDE and THE FACILITIES The estate is surrounded by a large common garden hosting all the collective facilities. Surroundings (Pergine Valdarno)

The Upper Valdarno is a large natural trough, closed north and east by the Pratomagno Mountains and bordered on the west by the Chianti Mountains. In the Middle Ages, the valley was long disputed between Florence and Arezzo, and today its regions are divided between the two capitals. Numerous archaeological finds of Etruscan and Roman period testify that these areas were already populated in the Archaic period. The prinipale towns are Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno and Terranuova Bracciolini. On the slopes of Pratomagno, the "Cassia Vetus", the ancient road that connected the "lucumonia" of Arezzo to Fiesole, now named route "Setteponti". Along the road, "The Cliffs", spectacular landscapes with striking phenomena of clay soil erosion, the Roman Bridge Buriano of 1200 and many other historical and natural places to visit. Leonardo da Vinci himself, excited at the sight of these places, chose them as the background of his most famous work, the Mona Lisa.
