In Pieve Santo Stefano, in Valtiberina, the apartments and rooms - Casa dei Fiori, Riflessi di Lago, Colori del Cielo among others - overlook the countryside and Lake Montedoglio. Furnishings recovered from peasant culture, natural materials, swimming pool. Dogs welcome.

The kitchen works with produce from the agriturismo's organic farm: at breakfast, eggs from the henhouse, homemade pastries, local honey. Dinners are themed, seasonal, with tastings of the house wines. Guests can take a peasant cooking course, go fishing in Lake Montedoglio or the Tevere river, walk through Valtiberina or explore by bicycle. There is also truffle hunting, archery, yoga, and cheese-making lessons.
