We spent a week in the spiga apartment. The location is very convenient for visiting the val d'Orcia, about 7 km from Radicofani. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, with all amenities. The care they put into it is remarkable, both in cleanliness and in keeping the outside well-maintained even in the pool area.
The lights in the evening give a beautiful effect.
The owners are kind, they know how to advise on visits to make in the surrounding area, you feel at home.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento spiga. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare la val d'Orcia, a 7 km circa da Radicofani. L'appartamento è curato, pulito, con tutte le comodità. La cura che ci mettono è notevole, sia nella pulizia che nel tenere l'esterno curato anche nella zona piscina.

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi di zecca e ben forniti di ogni optional, il proprietario Marco ha nella semplicità,nella disponibilità, e nella grande capacitá di accoglienza verso gli ospiti i suoi punti di forza. La struttura è in fase di progressivo miglioramento, infatti nella nuova stagione estiva ci sarà la piscina. La struttura ricettiva è molto molto carina, immersa nella campagna silenziosa, la posizione è fenomenale per chi vuole visitare le orce senesi, infatti la cassia si trova ad 1,5 km con vicino un rifornimento comodo di benzina e GPL, inoltre la via Francigena attraversa proprio la struttura del podere San Giorgio che anticamente era la posta per lo scambio dei cavalli della via Francigena.
Ho trovato la posizione veramente strategica per visitare in breve Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quírico d'Orcia, bagno vignoni, bagni San Filippo ( terme naturali stupende) , abbazia di sant'antimo, Radicofani, e tante, tante altre località, non ultime le crete senesi, paesaggi meravigliosi in ogni stagione, per tutti gli appassionati di passeggiate, bicicletta,fotografia, escursioni in generale. Insomma esperienza positivissima, da ripetere! Consigliamo a chiunque di sostare a Podere San Giorgio ma soprattutto di conoscere Marco che saprà darvi anche ottimi consigli per la cena.
