The restaurant at Farm-house Relais Poggio Borgoni

The Osteria del Poggio, situated in an ancient mill, is furnished with original pieces that evoke the spirit of the old inns. In winter is heated by a fireplace sparkling draw while in the summer you can dine on the covered terrace which offers a fantastic view of the hills of the Pesa valley. The few tables, the atmosphere and the attentive service predispose at best the pleasures of the kitchen. In selecting the dishes our Chef follows the traditional Tuscan recipes but also his personal sensitivity in order to bring to the table the true scents and flavors of each season. All the ingredients, from fresh vegetables to choices meat and to olive oil are strictly of local production. In the cellar, in addition to wine POGGIO BORGONI, keep some of the most valuable wines of Chianti and Tuscany.
