“il poggetto” is a farm estate located in the heart of tuscany, in a hilly and panoramic area, only a few kilometres from san gimignano with other old medieval towns a short distance away. The farm estate is easy to reach by car. The estate is an ideal base to plan trips and excursions in the numerous resorts rich in art and history like certaldo, montaione, monteriggioni, colle val d`elsa, volterra, florence and sienna. This small farm offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in the sienese hills, surrounded by chianti vineyards (with controlled and guaranteed denomination of origin), old olive groves, age-old oak trees, woods and farmyard animals.
