The estate spans 18 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and woodland, perched on a hill in the Monti Pisani range. From the windows you can see the Pisan plain, the sea, the Serchio river and the Apuan Alps. There are two rooms, Rose and Felci, each with an additional bed for children. Three apartments are housed in the restored old cellar: Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo, named after the olive oil cultivars produced on the property. Heating, hot water and electricity are supplied by photovoltaic panels with battery storage and a wood gasifier using timber from the woodland and olive trees. Swimming pool nestled among the olive groves, wifi throughout, and washing machine and dishwasher in the apartments. The access road is a steep one-kilometre climb but fully paved. Pisa is 9 km away, Lucca 17 km, the San Giuliano Thermal Springs 2 km, Marina di Vecchiano 15 km; Florence, Cinque Terre and Volterra are all within an hour's drive.
