The rural property, the house of Monica, has been used over time, in the activity of livestock breeding and agriculture to the present day. In 2002, an Umbrian business enamored of the place, the house and the privileged position, close to the Park of Monte Subasio, wanted to transform it into a cozy cottage to accommodate all those people who want to enjoy a quiet and pleasant rest. But even for those who want to dive into the cultural and religious richness in flavor, tradition, will find in our hotel to the center of many excursions. Our host, will soon discover that you are in a strategic position, if you want to discover and enjoy the art, culture, traditional cuisine, religious testimony of the greatest saints of Umbria. The hospitality is very much felt in the Umbrian people, although the Franciscan simplicity, you want to put at ease our host, offering in our house all this, in nine delightful apartments just renovated with the highest comfort. Our hotel offers its guests nine apartments all fully furnished, with views of Mount Subasio, Assisi and the surrounding countryside. Each apartment has its own entrance, entrance door armored security key environment with heating to house all year in the best possible comfort. The apartments are distributed in number five on the ground floor, named with the numbers: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5, while four other apartments are on the first floor with the number 6 - 7 - 8 - 9. All have a private space outside or terrace or covered porch. The apartments on the ground floor no. 3 and the nr. 4 are provided with main bathroom for the disabled. You will find a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment, with an adequate supply of accessories where you can prepare dishes of your choice. Great pool!

ci siamo trovati benissimo, gli apparamenti sono molto accoglienti ben arredati e con tutti i comfort. Le mie bimbe insieme alle cugine si sono divertite tantissimo nell'immenso giardino con i giochi a corredo. Da notare l'ospitalità del Sig. Albano titolare della struttura, bellissimo il panorame che è possibile apprezzare dagli appartamenti con vista su Assisi. Facilmente raggiungibile da Santa Maria degli Angeli dunque ben collegato per raggiungere Assisi. Appena possibile ci ritorneremo.
