The Longetti Agriturismo is located on a hill just below the walls of Assisi, at 500 mts above sea level and 5 minutes by car from the town centre. This ancient farm house was constructed with the lovely and famous pink Assisi stone which tus red when illuminated by the sun’s rays at sunset. In 1994 the Longetti family, which has lived there for several generations, lovingly restructured the old farm and turned it into an agriturismo. Immersed in nature and surrounded by ample fields of grain, olive groves and woods, it is an ideal place for those seeking a relaxing outdoors type vacation which is close to the cities and the most beautiful historical hill towns of Umbria. This is a family run operation and we always do our best to meet your special requests with courtesy and friendliness.
You can choose from rooms for two, three and four guests, all with en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms have their entrance through a light giving door directly from the large terrace which gives onto the courtyard. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for you to enjoy at breakfast time or in the cool of the summer evening with a glass of wine. The bathrooms all have shower box, washbasin, bidet, mirror and are supplied with fresh clean linens. They all have colour television, and heating for winter stays. The two-room apartments offer a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen corner and pull out sofa-bed. The bathroom has a shower box, washbasin, bidet, mirror and is supplied with fresh linens. The living room has a colour TV and the kitchen corner has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and eat them, plus a double pull out sofa bed for two extra guests.

The thick walls of the old farmhouse will defend you from the heat, and the panoramic position always guarantees a nice breeze. And if that is not enough to keep you cool, then we have a refreshing 10X4 mt swimming pool guaranteed to do the trick! The views from poolside are breathtaking. It is located higher than the farmhouse and dominates the landscape among the olive trees. Poolside there are lounges, chairs and umbrellas for you to rest under and in the evening you can swim in the illuminated pool. To make it even more comfortable we have installed a poolside shower and a cold drinks machine. The pool can be reached following a terracotta paved path which connects it to the farm.
