The motorway exit Magliano Sabina is only 12 km (by asphalted road) ...In our area you can go cycling, trekking, hiking, fishing, hunting, caving activities and even white water rafting on the Nera River!The breathtaking views lend themselves to naturalistic photographic reportage, unspoiled medieval villages, forests, olive groves, river gorges, archaeological finds ... accompanied in summer by a mild and windy and the purity of the air that regenerates body and mind.The company is at the forefront in terms of technical and structural features of home automation and solar panels which short will add to the solar power system and climate control. However, the technological equipment does not interfere with the characteristics of the buildings, where every original detail has been revived: the roofs are tiled to Casteviscardo and chestnut beams, wooden window frames, the built-in kitchens and period furnishings.The farm consists of 4 apartments inspired by the districts of the village of Calvi dell'Umbria (Flames, Cross, Castle and Dragon), the panoramic Health Centre with Jacuzzi and hot tub area and the outdoor infinity pool with water depuration with salt.The structure is divided into two large farmhouses and other farm buildings.

Our apartments are equipped with all the comforts, yet keep their rustic finishes. The floors in three apartments and in the Wellness Centre are in terracotta Castelviscardo handmade, the rooftops in many chestnut beams and antique furniture or design. The apartments are distinguished from each other and are inspired by the districts of Calvi Umbria, from the Middle Ages enliven the folk life of this little jewel in South Umbria.
