Lake Trasimeno, with its beaches, excursion boats and water sports facilities, is just opposite our farmhouse. An ideal touring base for visiting centers of art and culture of international interest suchas Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Florence andRome. Il Boschetto del Lago " offers ample covered parking facilities and a mode swimming-pool (14x18), solarium with deck-chairs and beach umbrellas, tennis-table, bowls, football-table, football ground, small children park, lake for sport fishing, launderette (automatic washing machine). Each apartment is equipped with, garden furniture, central heating, telephone and t.v. color. Barbecue and wood oven. Weekly and weekend bookings accepted. An der Grenze zwischen Umbrien und TosKana, eingebettet in einer lieblichen grunen Ebene und umgeben von einem Pinienwald und einem weitflachigen Park befindet sich unser antikes Landhaus, das wir vor kurzem restauriert und in 6 unabhangige Wohnungen umgewandelt haben. Unser Residence liegt in ruhiger Lage mit schoner Aussicht, immitten einer farbenfreudigen Natur, reich an Weizen-und Sonnenblumenfeldern, nicht weiter als 10 km von der antiken etruskischen Sradt Cortona entfet, beruhmt fur ihre Museen, kunstleriscen Denkmaler und ihnen vieleeitig kulturellen Aktivitaten ( wir erinnen an die angesehene Ausstellung antiker Mobrl, die jedes Jahr gegen Ende des Manats August stattfindet).

	Ideale per appassionati di mtb, proprietari gentili e molto disponibili, struttura al Top, posto molto tranquillo, immerso nella natura e vicino a tanti bei borghi da visitare. Abbiamo fatto il giro del lago in bici (70 km) + Cortona (40km) + Montepulciano (62 km) (Excellent)

	Pulizia perfetta, casa molto grande e ben arredata con tutto il necessario. Spazi ordinatissimi, piscina solarium e sala ricreativa molto gradevoli. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Posizione perfetta per numerose escursioni. Ottimo con i bambini. Da non perdere! (Excellent)
