Nine apartments spread across Palazzo, Frantoio, Limonaia, Olivara and Molino, created from the restoration of the Graziani family residence in Città della Pieve, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. The house dates back to 1600. The apartments range from the studio Molino sleeping 2+2 guests (one double bed + two single beds) to Palazzo 3, the largest, featuring three bedrooms and four bathrooms across two terraces. Each apartment includes an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi; some boast a patio or terrace overlooking the garden, and Frantoio 2 is wheelchair accessible.
Outside the apartments you'll find a panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage, a Finnish sauna, and a fitness room with weights and equipment. Children can enjoy a games room with table football, books and board games. Olivara offers a private outdoor space with barbecue, while Limonaia features a covered patio.
Lago Trasimeno and Chiusi are nearby; from here you can also easily reach Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Pienza and Cortona.
