Exclusive rental of the entire property for a holiday in complete safety, self-management and privacy. Our cottage is locatedin the green Umbrian countryside between Gubbio and Perugia is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the intimacy of nature and away from the chaos of the city. We are an BIOLOGICAL farm, our farm cultivates the land and raises animals with certified biological methods. Most of the energy we use comes from renewable sources, we do not use chlorine for our swimming pool, the water purification systems uses only salt.

Exclusive rental of the entire property: 250 sqm cottage, private swimming pool, large garden with brick barbecue basketball court, all in exclusive use. The farmhouse consists of 6 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and veranda and bathroom with washing machine.

Dating back to the early 14th century is the splendid urban complex comprising the Palazzo dei Consoli, which has become the city's iconic symbol, along with the Piazza Pensile and the Palazzo Pretorio.
