Guests stay in a stone farmhouse named after an ancient spring from which the locals drew water until a few decades ago. Here time flows with the slow and serene rhythms of the past. The intense fragrances and colours of the countryside invite you to long walks, pleasant swims in the panoramic swimming pool or simple refreshing relaxation on the garden terrace overlooking the enchanting Gubbio, "the City of Stone". The agriturismo has 4 apartments: Erbaio, Granaio, Pollaio and Cantina. Each apartment is equipped with independent access, kitchen, refrigerator, autonomous heating, bathroom with shower and television. Each room maintains the original structure of the ancient farmhouse dwelling with chestnut beam ceilings and terracotta tiles, hand-made cotto flooring, oak and poplar wooden fixtures and fittings reproduced from the original 19th-century designs, to enjoy a healthy and natural environment and relax in the warm atmosphere of traditional countryside homes.

Nature lovers shouldn't miss the Frasassi Caves, located in the Marche region, or Monte Cucco, a predominantly mountainous park ideal for activities such as trekking, cross-country skiing, hang-gliding and caving.
