Between the Trasimeno Lake and Castel Rigone, stands the wonderful Villa Stampa Cabaté, which includes elegant suites, bright apartments, rooms with a reinvented taste and a nice hostel with simple rooms with shared bathroom every two.
Each area has its own entrance with beautiful views from every corner. Surrounded by beauty and authenticity, you can access to a small library and a piano, elements that make our Villa magical along with the garden, full of tables and chairs to relax with a good book.
Kissed by the sun all day long, the panoramic swimming pool is ideal for unloading the tensions of the day and contemplating nature.
Our structure is full of common areas: a 120sqm room where you can do all kinds of activities, 20sqm lounges and living rooms with fireplaces where you can warm up and play chess, checkers, with cards.. 200sqm of terraces. Furthermore, we are surrounded and immersed in the big garden, full of ancient trees that are the frame of our home.
Thanks to the position on the high hills of the Trasimeno, we are far from acoustic, visual, electromagnetic and environmental pollution. In a world that is always on the run, we try to enjoy the flow of time, to breathe clean air, to relax in the middle of nature.
If you are escaping from the typical noises of the city, Villa Stampa Cabatè is the place for you. You can organize yoga, meditation, body work seminars, meeting about everything related to spirituality. Enjoy our great spaces together with those who share your interests.

Services Farm-house

The stay of guests is enriched by the presence of a 100-square-meter swimming pool with terrace offering a view onto the valley, and it is possible to explore the surroundings both by bike and on foot. Upon request it is also possible to organize horse-riding tours. The owners are available to illlustrate the points of interest near the farmhouse and to inform guests about fairs and popular events in the territory.

The farmhouse is close to the Trasimeno Lake and about 20 minutes from the towns of Perugia and Cortona. Besides, in about 1 hour by car it is possible to reach different artistic and cultural locations such as Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Spello, Arezzo and Siena.
