Each accommodation is furnished in the traditional Umbrian style, offering a rustic atmosphere with terracotta floors and exposed wooden ceiling beams. The entire property can be rented for exclusive use, accommodating up to 22 guests. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, on-site covered parking equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles, and a children’s play area.

The property features spacious double rooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and the option to add single beds. There is a large common lounge with access to a pergola, enclosed by transparent side panels. A breakfast featuring both sweet and savory options—all prepared fresh and by hand—is provided.

A restaurant is available in the adjacent building, open from Thursday to Sunday.
