Description Poggiolo

The Poggiolo estate includes around 50 hectares of woodlands, olive groves, vineyards and farm land at about 250 meters above sea level in the ancient county of Porta Eburnea, 12 km from Perugia. The word “Poggiolo” means balcony or terrace in Italian, a perfect name for this small natural hill sloping towards the Caina Stream. The heart of the property is the park with the villa and the old farmhouses, now restored for guests.
