Dear madame and sir, we would like to welcome you to the podere caldaruccio consisting of 3 country farm houses all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and an impressive very old pine grove which is the landmark for the little village below. The apartments and villas are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres (the biggest is 220), all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure. They are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique furniture together with modecomfort as satellite television, dishwasher, microwawe, washing machine, safe, etc. We also have the tower suite (on top of the farm house with a wonderful view) to be used as a double or triple room of about 40 square meters and a bathroom with a bath-tub. In particular, we have the “baita” apartment of 45 square metres with a double and a single bed furnished with lovely pieces of antiques (the double bed belonged to a count of the end the 18th century), a kitchen provided with all tools, a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Another apartment “chalet” is of about 100 square metres and can be occupied by up to 2 families with children (even 4+3) because it has 2 very big bedrooms a large living-room with a fireplace and an onsite kitchen, a very big bathroom and 2 independent entrances.
