Farmhouse Torre del Falco, located in the heart of Umbria, owes its name to an old stone tower built many centuries ago as a watch post against the attacks of enemies. The farmhouse is composed of the tower, the main villa and the two self-standing residences, “Il Nido” (The Nest) and “Il Falconiere” (The Falconer). The facility, endowed with all comforts, is not far from the town of Spoleto, famous all over the world as a town of art and culture.

La Torre (The Tower) has been recently restored paying special attention to its original features. Overlooking the wonderful swimming pool, it is arranged on 4 floors and endowed with 6 bedrooms furnished in the traditional style from Umbria, a sitting-room with a fireplace and a kitchen. It can accommodate up to 12 people for a thoroughly peaceful stay. Il Nido (the Nest) is a mini-apartment with independent entrance and a view on the swimming pool; it is ideal for a romantic holiday. Il Falconiere (The Falconer) is an apartment immersed into the green of olive trees, endowed with independent entrance and all comforts; it can accommodate up to 4 people. Il is possible to exclusively rent the entire facility, which globally can accommodate up to 18 people.

Services Country House

Farmhouse Torre del Falco is provided with a wonderful 17-meter swimming pool endowed with tanning beds and beach umbrellas, surrounded by rows of olive trees and from where a breathtaking view can be enjoyed. Besides, it is possible to have lunch or dinner under the gazebo or on the water's edge. Different activities can be carried out in the surroundings, from horse riding to rafting on the Nera river. Lovers of good cuisine undoubtedly will enjoy the renown black truffle from Umbria and the strong local wines.

The facility is located less than 2 kilometers from the town center of Spoleto and not far from the famous small towns of Assisi, Perugina, Spello, Montefalco, Norcia and Todi.
