Farm-house Borgo Incantato

Discover the pleasure of authentic Umbrian cuisine at the restaurant of Agriturismo Convento Di Agghielli, nestled in the heart of the Valnerina spoletina. Here, regional culinary tradition perfectly blends with the philosophy of an organic farm that cultivates its own land to offer authenticity and freshness in every course. Each dish tells the story of the Spoleto territory, where ancient flavors and recipes passed down through generations come alive on our tables. We use exclusively zero-kilometer products from our farm, guaranteeing superior quality ingredients, cultivated with respect for the land and nature. The gastronomic experience in our restaurant is distinguished by attention to detail and passion for typical local cuisine. Whether you are guests of our exclusive medieval village from the year 1000 or occasional visitors, you will be able to savor dishes designed to enhance raw materials, prepared according to Umbrian culinary tradition. The welcoming atmosphere of the Convento, enriched by modern comfort and a creative wellness center, transforms every meal into a moment of authentic relaxation.
