The agriturismo 'Il Casale Grande' is an oasis of peace and serenity. Nestled in the Umbrian countryside, it is located just a few kilometers from the beautiful Spoleto, the birthplace of its owners. The structure dates back to the early twentieth century, initially used by farmers who worked the land. Named 'Il Casale Grande' precisely for its architectural character, it was completely renovated in the nineties and transformed into an agriturismo. A unique place of its kind, where guests can refresh themselves and enjoy warm hospitality in a tranquil setting with every comfort. Since January 2021, the property has been managed by Francesco Brozzetti and his family.
The “Azienda Agricola Ciri” is a 500 hectare farm, located in the Umbrian valley about 10 Km north of Spoleto. The building has been partitioned into 4 larger apartments, best suited for families or groups of friends, and 4 smaller apartments, perfect for couples. Il Casale Grande is found at the core of the farm, right in the Spoleto valley, in an area of high natural, historical and artistic interest. Our guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmoshpere of the countryside, or explore the surroundings by bike. Most roads are paved and level; just 2 Km away, the Clitunno springs and a long riverside bike route offer fishing and sports activities.
Agriturismo Il Casale Grande offers seven apartments and a room nestled in the Umbrian countryside, ideal for those seeking relaxation and entertainment. The accommodations, of various sizes, adapt to different needs. Studio apartments of 26 sqm welcome up to three people, two-bedroom units of 36 sqm up to four, while four-bedroom apartments, between 60 and 80 sqm, accommodate up to 6 guests. The maxi apartments, of 100 sqm, are perfect for larger groups, with space for 8 people. All accommodations are equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, linens and towels. Some units are accessible for people with disabilities, ensuring comfort for everyone.

About half an hour's drive away, the magnificent Cascata delle Marmore—one of Europe's highest waterfalls—offers breathtaking views. For an authentic experience, visit Montefalco, famous for its Sagrantino wine, and Bevagna, with its beautifully preserved medieval village. Just a few kilometres further, Trevi is renowned for its olive groves and exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
