We have lived here for generations and we have always considered our guests more than simple tourists, respecting the traditional way of welcoming people which is typical of our folk wisdom. Casale Ulivi is a family-run farmhouse. The whole estate is about 20 hectares and it is made of hardwoods, sunflowers and co fields, vineyards and olive groves, where sheep, goats, oxen, farmyard animals and game are bred. Casale Ulivi farmhouse is divided in three apartments respecting the typical Umbrian architectural style. They are all traditionally decorated, furnished and equipped with every comfort in order to let our guests live an unforgettable stay. Each is simply and cosy furnished and has a full-equipped kitchen with TV, central-heating and systems comply with standards. Guests can spend their free time choosing among the manifold possibilities this structure can offer. You will be able to relax while sunbathing in the garden, reading a good book in the fresh veranda, play with your children on the lawn or visit the small farm.

The apartments are composed of a bedroom with 2-3-4 beds, the bathroom with shower, of which one for disabled people, with equipped kitchen, and large living room. Each one has a panoramic terrace or veranda outside or gazebo. The apartments are three Muraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino. The Leccino is an apartment for disabled people. They are complete with bed and bathroom linens.
