The structure, a former 18th-century convent, has been skillfully restored over the years while preserving the distinctive characteristics of the ancient building. It is completely immersed in the verdant Umbrian countryside, cultivated with sunflowers and cereals. It is less than one kilometer from Lake Trasimeno. The agriturismo La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra features five spacious apartments. All accommodations have been furnished with simplicity and care, seeking to maintain the old characteristics of the structure. The apartments are equipped with bed linens, towels, and tableware, as well as satellite TV. Each apartment, including those on the first floor, has garden table and chairs as well as sun loungers. Available to guests are a barbecue, an ancient wood-burning oven, table tennis, a washing machine, and an iron. The pool, accessible to all guests, measures 14 meters by 7 meters and features two zones of different depths, one shallow at 1.3m and the other deep at 2.5m.
