Our convenient position, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, with easy access to the motorway which covers the whole of Umbria and connects the region with Emilia, Tuscany and Lazio, enables you to enjoy the surrounding nature and visit countless artistic, naturalistic and spiritual places throughout Umbria and Tuscany.

Rome and Florence are just two hours away. You can practise tennis, golf and horse riding in the vicinity. A spa is located just half an hour away.
