The structure is composed of 3 buildings for a total cubature of approximately 700 square meters. Since 1992, restoration work has begun with the recovery of the old farmhouse, a former haystack and a building already in use as a dwelling. Currently, two apartments with independent entrance are already available with an average size of approximately 60 square meters, equipped with kitchen, living room, double bedroom and additional sofa bed or bunk beds for children.
