Twenty-five hectares just a few kilometers from Vicenza, cultivated organically since 2003. What began as a forest, planted in 1999 together with Dr. Bidese, transformed through a meeting with Luciano Dal Sasso into a conversion to organic farming and heritage cereal varieties, still grown in the fields today. In 2012, a social agriculture project started in partnership with the Berici cooperative, promoting autonomy for young people with Down syndrome. In 2014, architect Giovanni Traverso renovated the rural buildings, creating five bioecological suites where guests sleep and enjoy breakfast. The farm features an organic vegetable garden, a processing laboratory, and a shop where you can purchase the farm's fresh produce and preserves. Renata Tapparo has overseen the operation for years. Periodic courses and events celebrate the enogastronomy of the Vicenza region.
