The Masseria Barnabei is a Farmhouse Holiday, with an amazing view of the Apennines and the sea, surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is the ideal choice for a quiet holiday with splendid scenery. The Masseria was bo in 1996 after the carefully renovation of two farmhouses from 1890 and 1950 respectively, located in a 6 hectares hilly estate. Each house has been divided into four apartments and, in 2001, another cottage was added still using old bricks for architectural harmony and respecting the environment.
The Masseria is located in a hilly area and the structures are organized on several levels. In the central level are located the facilities, as the swimming pool, gym and games; the appartments ar located in a few meters upper and lower levels. The complex is surrounded by a 2 hectares fenced garden, planted with fruit trees, typical local varieties of plants and olive trees. The Masseria enjoys a wonderful panorama, ranging from the Gran Sasso mountain to the sea, from the summit of Colonnella to the Tronto Valley. Pets are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved.
There are beaches and mountains, cities of culture and ancient hamlets to be discovered nearby the estate. During July and August there is a varied choice of local town festivals and shows, both in Colonella as well as in the other towns nearby.
