The Agriturismo Villa Fiore was built in the ancient late 18th century villa that our great-grandfather Amadio Fiore had built. It occupies a splendid panoramic position overlooking the Abruzzo hills, the village of Torano Nuovo and the Apennine mountains such as the Gran Sasso d'Italia. All places of interest are within easy reach, 15 km from the sea, mountains and cities of art. It has rooms with bathroom and mini flats with bed & breakfast treatment. With 17 hectares cultivated with olive groves, walnut trees, orchards and vegetables, it revives the pleasures of the countryside. We produce quality extra virgin olive oil and cultivate a vegetable garden for fresh produce. Tended with passion, the large garden full of flowers, aromatic and fruit plants allows you to play sports or relax outdoors. The swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols is surrounded by the large garden with shady plants, benches and tables, from where there is a wonderful panoramic view. The pergola with its brick columns welcomes reading and the veranda is the ideal place for your breakfast prepared with fresh produce.
On the upper floors are rooms with private bathrooms, mini apartments with a large panoramic terrace, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The old rooms on the upper floors have been converted into comfortable rooms and flats, preserving the integrity of the old materials. The accommodations are equipped with linens, hair dryer, safe, fans, TV.

With an optimal location for visiting all the beauties of Abruzzo and those of nearby Marche, Agriturismo Villa Fiore is ideal for lovers of the sea and mountains, art cities and small unspoiled villages. It is possible to easily reach the nearby Adriatic beaches 15 km away, Mount Gran Sasso 40 km away, and it is advisable to visit the Gran Sasso National Park with all the majesty of its nature where time seems to stand still, the Laga Mountains with its walking trails, the main villages of Abruzzo such as Civitella del Tronto, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, Pietracamela, Pescocostanzo, and the villages of the Marche such as Ascoli Piceno, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Torre di Palme, and Offida. Torano Nuovo and its surroundings are popular for cycling. The many scenic bike routes on the winding hills passing through the peaceful countryside. Finally, all food and wine enthusiasts can enjoy local products at restaurants and wineries not far from us, producing DOC, DOCG wines and DOP olive oil. Food and wine festivals are in July and August. Riding stables, tennis courts, sport fishing and art cities can be found in the immediate vicinity. In October, olives are harvested for the production of our quality extra virgin olive oil. The nearest restaurants are in Torano Nuovo, 2 km; in the village you can also find a small supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a bar.
