From the love for our work... from the attachment to the values of the land, from the awareness of the importance of living in the open air, in contact with nature, Fattoria Sant'Anna is born, a farm extending over 22 hectares, partly cultivated and partly unspoiled woodland, at 550 m above sea level, in the locality of Sant'Anna, a hamlet of Laureana di Borrello, in the province of Reggio Calabria, a few kilometres from the province of Vibo Valentia, straddling the Parks of Aspromonte and the Serre. In this corner of Calabria, where the sun reigns and shines for 365 days a year, country life is active and pleasant in every season, bestowing particular emotions and sensations. The agricultural company Staltari Anna Maria is modern, dedicated to organic farming, a member of AIAB and monitored by ICEA; the opening to agricultural tourism comes with the awareness of being able to offer, in a rustic and well-equipped environment, the ideal place to fully enjoy nature, the healthy climate of the Calabrian hinterland. The winds blowing from the sea make this farm the ideal destination for the tourist who seeks and finds pleasure in country life, for those who love to savour the pleasures of the land, to leave behind the frenzy of the cities, and to rediscover the peace that only the countryside can provide. The agritourism "Fattoria Sant'Anna" has been created from the renovation of an old two-storey farmhouse; on the first floor are the kitchen and the restaurant rooms, on the second floor the bedrooms and the conference room, which is also used as a classroom for the educational bio-farm "Vitagaia". The park adjacent to the agritourism features sports facilities and, not far away, the natural swimming pool, all set among the cultivated areas, the Vineyard, the Orchard, the Olive Groves and, of course, the unspoiled Woodland.
