The restaurant at Farm-house La Cartiera

The cuisine we propose is traditional Bolognese cuisine. All the ingredients and raw materials we use are of organic origin. The pasta is made by hand with a rolling pin. Any non-organic ingredients will be indicated. The agriturismo is located 4 km from the Tuscany region, so in the cuisine we propose, you can feel the regional influence; in fact, families from the Polesine region, hosted during the flood in our lands, introduced a dish that is now typical of Tuscany, based on tortelli di zucca and walnuts. The menu is fixed but every day, both at lunch and dinner, we offer variations based on the season. Once seated at the table, you will be presented with a tasting of two first courses, followed by two second courses with their respective side dishes, cheeses, dessert of your choice and, finally, fresh seasonal fruit upon request. Coffee, liqueurs, and digestifs – including a nocino of our own production – will enhance your conversations. Sometimes we also serve appetizers, two first courses and only one second course in not too large portions to allow you to carefully taste the various dishes, but for those with a sweet tooth we gladly offer seconds!
