We mill our own organic grain and transform it daily into fresh pasta, tortelli d'erbetta, bread and pizza. On the table arrive cured meats from the territory, selected Parmigiano Reggiano, vegetables from the garden when in season, honey from our beehives and the wine "La Fucina dei Folletti" from BioAgricert certified grapes. The menu follows the rhythms of the year: from handmade pasta to slowly cooked main courses, to homemade desserts. The atmosphere is simple and refined, with bright dining rooms and a garden where, weather permitting, you can lunch or dine outdoors.
