The “agriturismo Hermada” is located in the Carso village of Ceroglie, a Town situated on the Trieste plateau in the north-west area of the Carso. It’s location is inside an enchanted natural environment between sea and rich vegetation. The “Carso” is made-up by the plateau wich spans from the Gulf of Trieste to the hills, not only on italian soil but it also takesup a vast area of neighboring Slovenia. An area where unique natural wonders can be found which are attracting more and more tourist from all over the world, it’s ideal for those looking for a holiday away from usual itineraries, less formal and family oriented. The “agriturismo” has a new building in typical carso style surruonded by olive trees. It furnishes all comforts and standards necessary for those who which to sojou in absolute tranquillity. The restaurant is located in the great hall and in the summer on the wide porch with a view of these enchanted hills. The menu is typical of the “agriturismi” wich includes home made pasta and desserts, meat from live-stock raised on the property, vegetables from our vegetable garden and glive oil... made on the premises. Each apartment one with kitchen, relax aera, sofabed, room with dobble bed and bathroom. Each flat has its own entrance.
